I think you never saw the database of any image hosting site. Just imagine an 3GB big database with 12.000.000 rows. Did you ever thinked about, that how many time it takes to make just a single SELECT query, which counts your image views and earnings? It takes SECONDS on an Xeon E3-1245v3 system in IDLE with 16GB 1866Mhz DDR3 ECC, also the database stored on an SSD RAID array, and the images stored on an Western Digital RE4 RAID array. Just think about when there's another 50-100 concurrent database connections. The query that I described will take over 10 seconds! I developed a custom image hosting script and tested on the system I introduced above. You can believe me, I know what I'm talking about. Before askig, my image hosting script isn't available for sale, and currently there aren't any site that uses it. But probably I will start a site. Back to the story, I think that 90%+ of image hosting sites hosted on a VPS or just on shared hosting. I never find any imghost which uses SSDs. So in esaier words: you would need very HUGE system resources to make queries in the views log table for real-time stats.

Here is a reasonable rate:
Group A: 10$/1000
Group B: 3$/1000
Group C: 1$/1000
Group D: 0.5$/1000

Hi being, those rates are very high and it would be hard for us to stay in business, however we have thought in changing our rates when we are stable and now we reconsidered the countdown time and we decided to decrease the waiting time, you will notice that because is a big difference. Hope you understand.
