I need a cheapish France Dedicated server ( I say France cause they all seem cheap) Also needs to be stable with no down time

My Requirements
500GB At least HD
2GB at Least RAM

Unmetered BW!! I use a good amount of BW and its all legit and legal. Some days are slow but I average about 40TB a Month.

My budget is $30 or under!, Might consider a tad higher if I have too.

Willing to help with Sales/Shared Hosting Tickets if needed to help pay if anyone is hiring :)
