What kind of technical support you have?! I purchased a hosting and write a ticket about restoring my full cpanel backup on my old host. A staff replied and said he can't do that for me?
I said why is that so when other hosting can do it in just 5-10 minutes.
He again replied "You will face the same problem on every host, Because no one is going to upload your backup for you. And the backup you have is the only backup you need to restore."
Guess what? I purchase shared hosting on another host and they transfer my full cpanel backup in just 5 MINUTES!
I asked a refund and this was the reply. "Sorry we cannot refund you, please read our refund policy. We only provide refund when we FAIL to deliver product on time. "
This is ridiculous!

yes vineservers are good but cannot run any forum script, becouse they have PHP limit 64MB, which is big problem when 100 users try to view and post to your forum, when you include some plugin and add ons inside forum, that is realy disaster, so if you plan to run big forum community vineservers are not for that.
