A: No, we use powerful supermicro nodes, configured especially for SuperVPS plans, with a minimum of 128GB of DDR3 RAM and 4 2TB disks in RAID10.
Q: What is the speed of the servers SuperVPS?
A: The nodes are connected to ports of 1Gbps
Q: Installation Time?
A: Normally immediately, except if we are without stock, which could be extended up to 48 hours.
Q: Where is located the data center?
A: In Dallas, Texas, in Infomart building
Q: Do you offer this service in Europe?
A: Unfortunately not at this time, we need special settings for this service, but we're working on it.
Q: Do you accept proxy or VPN services?
A: Yes, we can also provide customized infrastructure with PPTP, and OpenVPN, IP2SEC preinstalled with large blocks of IPs.
Q: I can reboot and reinstall my server myself?
A: Sure, any time, through virtualizor panel, allowing you to manage your server at any time.
Q: Can you install additional software or configurations?
A: We offer an unmanaged service, if needed administration may order from the client area.
Q: What OS supports?
