Ho ho ho! My first competition when coming back from the North Pole!

To enter this competition, simply answer; What makes a good team? Your post number will be your entry number, you may post as many times as you like but your first post number will be your entry.

What makes a Good Team?

What makes a good Team is when everyone in the Team knows their roles and performs their roles to the best of their abilities. I Think thats what makes a good team.
 
In a team, there should be no individual with same level of skills as it will lead to conflicts. So, a team is simply a pool of different skills. In a team there will be individuals, with multi-skill and each individual must have a role, power authority within the limits. A team will definitely have a leader who must be psychologically close with the team members. A team will have a cordinator, a planter, an implenter, a resource allocator and the roles goes on. Team members should have commitment towards the overall goal, thus the goal will be achieved efficiently and effectively.

What makes a good team? is when each of them watch each other's back. :heiligenschein:
 
A good team constitutes of:

- Collaboration
- Spirit of Us instead of I
- Patience and tolerance
- Respect towards one another
- Perfect Communication
- Willing to sacrifice for the team
- Be receptive to others ideas and opinions
 
What makes a good team ?

Proper communication and mutual understanding between each team member. Also, "everyone's the boss" may sometimes do the trick in finishing a task/work ;)

Unity , Discipline and spirit of winning together as 1 man army makes a team good :) Listen to your team leader or captain what he said is the 1st step to make team strong.

It takes all members to make a good team. Some of the characteristics of a good team include; positive thinking ,respect, communication, team balance and leadership.

A good team is a team that is collective and collaborative. I can list many other things that makes a good team but the lynchpin of a good team is a team that can and will work together. It does not matter how good each and every member of the team is individually if they cannot work together.
