One of my friends got banned for spamming so don't do anything wrong and there is no way you will get banned.

Not yet... we all know messing with big "G" is always not a good idea so follow the rules and you will be safe. 
I have been suspended 
because i have shared something "inappropriate" and instead of deleting the post and ask for a reconsideration i deleted my profile and thinking that i can create it again ... boy i was mistaken , and now when i go to g+ i get "Your profile is currently suspended" and i cannot ask for a reconsideration.
