your asking a bit much with UNLIMITED everything..
if you want UNLIMITED everything, you will have to spend $1,000,000 on a server and keep forking out once it is full..
if you want a VPS reseller, they only usually will give you 10-150GB space and maybe 1TB of traffic for like 30$
best off getting some Dedicated servers and doing it yourself.. then you don't have to rely on someone else who may or may not be completely and utterly overselling the servers.. because overselling is BAAAAAAAD.

Nothing is unlimited better get a vps with Cpanel / DA . There you can manage your accounts as per as your requirement .
