We dnt have any issue with email . I think your host reject our php emails . Do you have any gmail id / yahoo id ? if please pm me .

Bought a VPS with these guys to try to host my website on (simple Wordpress website).
Had a bit of trouble with the system so I asked for help. They said that in order for them to help I need to upgrade to a managed server... so I paid extra and go a managed server.
After a gazzilion back and forth emails with their guys, they were unable to load up my Wordpress website and demanded root access to my previous server so they would to the import.
I have loads of other things on my other server, so did not want to give them my user details.
Bottom line, "managed" service is really unprofessional. Paid for a managed server which is now just sitting there because they can't even get a simple Wordpress site up on it.
They offer a 7 day money back guarantee on THIS THREAD - THEIR VPS THREAD.
When I asked for a refund, guess what they told me: please check our TOS. Section 12. **Refund / Money Back policy not applicable for any VPS/Dedicated Server.
Got another response from them after I complained about how they're falsely advertising on this thread:
Bottom line. They admit to falsely advertising here and publishing a guarantee on this thread even though they have absolutely no intention of following through with it
CLASS A COMPLETE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING

I know you will come back to here and shout like this . We have tried to help you but never got your proper cooperation from your side . As per you provided us wrong database/corrupted database for restore when we ask we need your previous server access to generate correct database backup then you start ignoring our reply . You just purchase our service to make a seance create here not for use it nothing else .
Yeah sure. Like I'm going to waste my time and yours just to muck around with a sever. Sure thing buddy. I have 2 other VPSs and a dedi asides from this one. I simply wanted a VPS whose sole purpose was hosting one of my websites in order to improve the loading speed. You couldn't even get it up.

If you cant provide us proper blog database then what do you expect from us ? You provide us 2.sql file ask restore only 1 ,where you have 2 database . Also your database doesn't contain any wordpress tables . After that when we ask its not wordpress database then your replied was its just because of installed so many plugins . Listen i am not new on hosting field . I am working with hosting industries last 7 year also work for one Local Solution Vendor as a system admin . So stop blaming us lack of professionalism . If you dnt provide correct information no one cant help you . I am not interested to discussion anymore . I have already explain more through ticket .

I already ans your question at support ticket . There is no profit if you ask every times same question my ans will not be changed . During order you accepted our tos not wjunction sales thread . If you did not read our TOS page its not our mistake . Wjunction post is just sales thread not our Official site page you need to follow our TOS page where we have clearly written only shared / re-seller are eligible for refund .
