I get this e-mail from my wm account

I used wm keeper mini without sms confirmation just with security question

Can you perpose me a solution to get my 134.20$ ? thank you in advance.

The owner of WMID xxxxxxxxxx attempted to transfer 134.20 WMZ to xxxxxxxxx, but limitations of your WMID prevented from transferring funds.

I have read somewhere (not BS) that if you enter wrong or you for some reason cannot be paid after they tried to pay you, you will not get back your money. So if you don't get your money, this may be why. 134 is pretty much so I hope you get them.
 
Please, respond me BS support about my 134.20$ (I'm a regular member in your webhost and you paid my every time after 75 days even this time but I had a problem with my wm mini account so just retry to resend it)
