I wasn't aware this would happen... my site was down for about 4 days, it had constant unique viewers, I was checking my adsense and it had alerts telling me the spiders were crawling my site every day it was down, now that it's back up it's been around 4 days and my site is literally nowhere to be found. Not ranking for any of my keywords and basically freaking out a little bit.

Any help?, advice?.

Yeah, a site down for 4 days is gonna decrease your site's rankings. Google doesn't want to show non-working sites on their SERPs.

Just add some new quality content or update your site, get some backlinks, and hopefully you'll get back your rankings soon.

I had the same problem my forum it down some on and off for 2 weeks I and switched host 2 times and then my alexa rank went from 510k to 730k and it has stayed there. My forum alexa rank use to be 450k to 500k before this problem

Have you added robot.txt and submitted your site to bing, yahoo, google etc?
Also, this is because when you changed shifted host, your files must have not been back'd up.
So, do the above mentioned.

To get back on track make sure that all pages that have been there are still reachable if not do 301 redirects to other pages.
Next thing add more valid content, eventually with inner linking to your pages that where getting the traffic.

Don't ping, it's even against google tos to do that. Let G naturally index you, post on social media to get attention of the spiders.
Usually posting on fb+twitter = 1 day indexing for me, even with brand new sites.
