This thing happens from time to time. Well, it's not like I can do anything, but wait for the issue to be resolved soon. Shineservers provided a very good service ever since they started.
 
Update : DDoS is still up and on going with full throttle . I don't know why we used to get targetted , seems someone not happy with us . Anyways , I apologize for the problems and decided to provide 15 days credit for loss . But if anyone want to move from us then am ready to refund . Kindly raise a ticket along with your PayPal /Payza ID so that we can process it asap .

Well , never expected someone will get so much angry with us that they'll buy some shit servers to ddos specially on us , i wish him better luck for the future as if we get his IP then we are going to sue him for sure .

Note : I can't promise when it can get sorted but honestly our team hasn't slept last night as our 6 servers have been targeted 2 VPS Node and 4 Shared Hosting nodes . Hope we'll get them sorted soon , we are trying to interact with our datacenter as well so that it can get fixed asap .
 
Update : We are happy to announce that after a long long hours we get everything back on track . And will try to maintain it though . It was a hard time but most of us know DDoS don't have any way out then this . Kindly check your mail for the updates , if anyone still facing issues let us know we'll get it sorted asap .

Today i felt like we are on a strong side and someone afraid of us . I challenge him/or his company that to face us in field of customers and sales not by making us down and getting customers out of that . By DDoS they shows their weakness and infact everyone face this time so be ready for the same .

I know the one knows what am pointing to .

Kindly all of you stick to your ticket please , as for security i don't update anything in public . This thread is related to sales so lets make it clear that the question you guys ask is not at all related to sales . Sites are working fine now , will not say anything more then that .

Raise a ticket for any updates & support . From now i'll keep on reporting any post regarding to support to mods . I took this step for security means hope you all understands .

I don't know why my connection is so slow that I couldn't access your support system. My website is still down and I can not raise a ticket. Please keep me update with your announcement email regarding how to set up the change. I am using Cloudflare, so please instruct me on this. If possible, give me another mean to contact.
