Hello guys,

I am wondering how interested are you in the following plans, as we are planning to roll them out specially for our wjunction friends. If you have any comments, let me know. These VPS will not care about DMCA.

are you sure that will no care dmca
wtf if got many time complaint and if DMCA send abuse letter to the main provider will be ignoring
if the answer = yes then i will buy VPSnl1, coz that mean my site will safety forever from dmca complain

Ecatel is located in the Netherlands and they cannot ignore DMCA notice. I would suggest you to go with RAID 1 at least as with RAID 0 if a single drive fails, all the data on the node is lost.

Wrong, DMCA only applies in the USA. The only one who has power in the NL is BREIN.

People prefer better performance, plus we offer 10gb of offsite backups to the customer, which they can use for free.

just a thought ...

Yes, I agree with you but people also hate downtime/issues with the host. If you need performance also, you should go with RAID 10 which will offer you maximum fault tolerance and performance.
