Look's very clean and sleek. Colors could be a little more vibrant but I think its a little late for that. The site seem's full of activity and posts which provide something for a visitor to look at and use. Try removing some tags in the sitemap or creating a drop down for that section: https://www.mafiasecurity.com/sitemap/. Also try to get all of your authors to create a brief description about themselves, it will just look more professional. Now these aren't even issues with your site, there just suggestions! Everything look's great.

By the way, if your looking for someone to create a header/logo for you I can create it for you for free! Just post your request in my Graphic Shop.

Thank you for the suggestions. I slowly but surely going to be getting authors to fill out the sections. I launched only few months ago and many authors are finishing up finals/exams before they work on submitting Bios/Articles.

I already sought someone for graphics work but thank you.

Nice clean and slick look, I personally like it a lot. Only thing is it could look a little boring and, ad some sort of AJAX or jQuery features to make it more interactive/less boring?
