Q. My Account was marked has fraud how do I proceed with my order ?
A. If your account is marked has fraud we'll ask for additional information, such has a Utility Bill address must match the same address you used when registering for services with us at BudgetVDS.
Q. How long does it take to setup account
A. All accounts are activated within 2-4 hours please do remember your activation process may take longer then usually has we do manually fraud checks after payment has been received.
Q. Why is Windows activated has 180 Day trial
A. We install 180 day which give you allocated time an day to activate windows yourself or decided to purchase a license from us.
Q. What is BudgetVDS Refund Policy.
A. All services have a 15 days refund policy.
Q. Why can't I send mail off port 25
A. We've port 25 blocked to keep spammers off our network and order to get this port unblocked you'll need to fill out a Port unblock Justification form of why you're needing this port 25 to be opened. Please note if you're caught spamming off our network your port 25 will be blocked you'll me subject to termination of your services and no refunds.
Q. is BudgetVDS Resellers ?
A. No we're not resellers we lease are very own server from Hugeserver Network LLC, which is a registered business they own there own hardware.
Q. What is the DC / Location.
A. All our servers are with Equinix's but just various locations from LA, New York and, Germany soon.
