Java stinks: Turn off your Java browser plugin

Dude. Facebook page is based on java language, if I turn off this script I am not able to surf most of the popular websites.

thanks for the heads up - changed setting in chrome now will run anti virus checks and malware.

can anyone post the link to the article???
 
This is not new,i got infected at one page and all started by java,later it unpacked some shizzles and there you have your trojan sirefef,but i easily removed it and it didnt fuck up the drivers.

EDIT: Does this affect Opera?

This happen to my laptop. Had to reformat and send it to dell alienware to replace few things.
How do I disable java scripts on google chrome, firefox, and internet explore?

Chrome disables java by default, ignore this entire thread and situation if you use chrome.
 
Some FBI agents got hacked by antisec with a java exploit not to long ago. Not sure if it was the aforementioned sploit though.
