stats are wrong, my account doesn't have the correct amount earned, a problem in the database too

yesterday i got 100++dls today i got only 1 hahahah what a joke...

like i said...we are working to fix this problem.
Last night we had another ddos attack and we moved glumbo on a temporary server until our main server will be secured and ready .
So you just need to wait a little more longer and all of those problems will be fixed.

Glumbo worked ok until last night 10-12 hours ago . Now we are working to solve this problem with counting downloads on new server too
 
@ divineee and yesterday you said all is ok an ppl dunno what they say .... i had this problem with count system from Friday night...

i just face this problem today..and yesterday are working fine with me...like exo said this problem only on this 10-12 hours past not yesterday..
 
i can confirm you that yesterday worked ok all day...before that worked only temporary cause we were working on server side and maybe for few hours didn`t work, then again worked and so on...
Now we are trying to fix this problem with counting downloads on new server too ... we just need another few hours and then, everything will be fine...

and why yesterday alot of ppl complained that stats are frozen ? You think we are stupid ? AND now you lie us yesterday was all ok ....Read the post glumb user posted yesterday some user got views some none .
If you planing to ignore your users when they found a problem and say all is ok , please say so we dont waste our time anymore with your site and pay us what we earned till now .....

Im 100% users downloads didnt count but you earned money from ur downloads

No one is lying you.
Yesterday stats worked ok most part of they day.
Everything get broken 12 hours ago or something like that.
And if you think we ignore users being here all the time and trying to solve all the problems then you are right.
Today we will solve stats problem and then you will be able to earn money like usual. If you can not wait then we are sorry for you, but i know that we are doing all our best to solve all the problems.
 
reliable ppd are few and far between. Look at Sharpfile for example and see the problems they've had - now people are flocking to them (although they still have trouble). Instead of constantly winging about stats etc. try and give some benefit of doubt and bear with them for a few weeks. Most of you people want that $15 sooo much that you are prepared to scream scam/cheater if one download isn't counted. Use your head, these guys seem like they are trying to sort things out and if you weren't relying on that few FREE dollars so much, then maybe you all wouldn't get so fuckin stressed out :)
