if it works keep it, if not, move the fuck on.. its simple as that. he cleaned his keyboard because it works, or he woulda bought a new one. i do not know what i am saying so i am going to continue to write, without the knowledge of the damage i am causing for the people who are still reading this for absolute zero reason. hey guess what, the game.

I did something similar months ago, but after just 2 years...

Nothing like your level though, but it disgusted me a bit.

What is your secret to keeping your keyboard running for 6 years? I've gone through 5 wireless keyboards and 8 wireless mice in that time frame. Either I'm doing something wrong, or wireless stuff sucks.

I disagree, me not purchasing a keyboard will have a positive impact on the environment, if I somehow manage to persuade users in this thread to do the same, they won't purchase new keyboards, maybe they'll agree with my point so much that when someone they know wants to get a keyboard, they could try to convince them to not bother.

A large domino effect is unlikely to happen, doesn't mean it won't happen.

From now on I will keep my working stuffs and maintain them, thanks for the inspiration.

Wireless things usually have a dismal life expectancy.

I guess the reason why I still have this keyboard is because I haven't really spilt a lot on it, and it has always remained on my desk keyboard tray, throughout the years, on different desks/trays.

I think my keyboard was also built to last, so <3 Dell
