So all the resellers selling unmetered services are not really selling unmetered? I'm confused. Are they using 95th percentile?

From what I've seen Franceservers appears to be run by 1 person only, with the amount of users purchasing from him, it would appear that he cannot keep up with the orders.

Also OVH's servers are not unmetered, they get capped at some point. AND you cannot get any "Special deals for resellers" from OVH as they do not have a partner program.
 
^ Then the resellers claiming they have 'true unmetered servers' in the dedicated section are doing false advertising? Isn't that prohibited in WJ?
 
me too. he not answer any ticket. very bad person. i will not use franceservers.com again.i will shutdown this server.
 
Yes franceservers sold too many servers, that it became unmanageable for him. He did not bother to expand the business or help it in anyway. Like Jesse said he used the plain billing script, as of the outcome maybe he just wanted to earn pure money for himself out of it, he would not have wanted to invest any further.

I don't think if it's possible to renew a server, for which he has transferred accounts to. e.g. if you buy a domain off someone, they transfer it to you, then it would be your duty to renew the domain.

Mind me, if this is wrong, but my own interpretation.

All those who have had this poor service, should dispute in paypal in the correct ways, to get your money back.

It would be nice, if franceservers came and told us his verdict, we should have some patience and give him a few more days to come up.

Anyone know franceservers phone? This idiots again not answer on tickets and chat. Second server not renewed and down 3 days....
