Can't download from fileserve anymore

Hi Lukip,

I can't download any files from fileserve anymore. I also make sure that I log out of fileserve from my own desktop to prevent parallel log in. Is fileserve blocking the sborg server IP?

the connection has timed out.......i was able to use a moment ago...but now i can't.......I've 2 pro server's one is working and another isn't working.....last timed you said me that i am allow to use 4tabs at a time but my server was blocked bcoz i was using 4tabs...............now i'm usign only 2 tabs and agian my one server is blocked.....bro clear one time so it'll help me in future that should i go with you or go for some1 else.......

Can you open a support ticket with your issue. As far as I can infer theere could be many reasons-> IP issues, Account issue,plugin issue.
I am sure that it would be fixed as soon as you open a support ticket.

Mate I am not sure if you are getting me or not. How are we supposed to assist you when we do not have your details? This is why I suggested you open a support ticket but you seem to be unwilling to open a ticket . I am not sure why though. I still stand by what I said -4 tabs are allowed on the Pro plan and there should be no issues. Now since you are having an issue we will need to check it and that cannot happen unless we know your details.

Hello, I just got myself a sborg starter today to test your service first before I upgrade. I received login details but when i go to login page, it doesn't load at all.

So i waited about an hour and tried again, it worked but only for a few minutes and then when i open a new tab, page didn't load again.

It seems on and off and I wonder why.

Now after problems with servers everything works good. This is real tehhost server :) No downtime no problem with download/upload speed. Thank you for service like this i like it so much. keep with good works tehhost :)
