Bought a 150Gb NL two days ago and I'm happy with the service. Extremely blazing speed!! I get 40 mb/s min on download and 15 on upload! Plus the server is responding fast.
I want to thank Jacob for his assistance, helped me a lot with third party softwares.
You just need to open a support ticket guys.

@Jacob, I don't want a reply after changing of disk (12 hours or maybe more). It is the second time this happens. Please, read my ticket and provide me the solution.

I am not satisfied with the service, I have explained to Jacob privately.

You can not simply say that we must wait 12 hours or you notify us when problems are resolved. Tell us exactly what time we may use the RDP (GMT or UTC time) because the wait can become more hours or perhaps days.
