OK SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH i want to now that seedbox simlar than torrentflex

or what i have arapidleech account so i will be able to download torrent files from

torrent with my seedbox and take the files to my rapidleech direct

We have templates with TorrentFlux + RapidLeech pre-installed, so this should be very simple.

it would be great if your Debian uTorrent Rapidleech template had some kind of file manager that lets you move downloaded torrent files to your Rapidleech folder so you can upload to host.

Hello, I think you can set up your downloaded files folder from your torrent client. In µTorrent, look in options>preferences>directories. From there, you can move the downloaded files to any particular folder. Hope I'm on the right track.

The torrent files are added to a folder, so even if you point them at the Rapidleech files folder nothing shows up because everything goes into folder.

+ the settings aren't saved. If the server restarts then the settings revert to the default location.

If you're convenient with ssh you can..
#cd /path/to/rapidleech/files/downloadedfilefolder
#ls
look for the file name inside that folder you want to move
#mv yourfile /path/to/rapidleech/files
then, you should see your files in htt p://RapidLeech/?act=files

For a more convenient option is a Web-based file manager such as

On VM3000 I see I will get 4ip, but I only get 1ip.

i got this yesterday box has was off line yesterday when got it

they turned it on vnc is so slow torrentflux does not work even after doing what they say in the e-mail rutorrent didnt work but got it working

downloaded a couple of things went to use today rutorrent does not load takes about 10 mins to load and i got an error all my torrents had gone

closed the windows and tried it again now it will not load at all. i when into my vps control panel and it is showin as been offline i have booted it rebooted it and still show up as offline . i am want a refund

IonVM staff try there best at checking this thread the best option would to be is submit a ticket to get a faster response.

But remember when you a submit a support give information such as what node you're on including hostname & IP of your vps server this helps support staff alot easier.

hi there mate first thing i done was send a ticket before i posted here

got a reply saying they where sending it to the right admin to deal with my request and to hold on for a reply

still not hear nothing back as yet

after first reply

so just waiting a couple of hours to see how i get on

I purchased a new plan, but the same issues linger. Something off with the network, there's instability, offline and online. Sometimes it requires a reboot but later offline again.

Tech support gives me very basic responses, "check it now". I don't understand hows theirs such intermittent instability.

Requested a refund I thought "new servers" would change these issues and staff is answering tickets but I don't know if they know what to look for. I sure don't.

problem lies in rtorrent taking up too much ram. You can fix it with editing .rtorrent.rc

max_memory_usage = 250M

I got the same problem. I had the Seedbox 250 and it had some good specs so performance issues should not be an issue. Problem lies with the network, it online/offline frequently.

There needs to be someone to look at it, and see what's the cause. Saying "ok it seems to be fine now" is not an answer. You need to know why its happening, then you can address it.

I too requested a refund, now waiting and waiting for admin. Can we go back 2 months, your service was solid. It was fast and never issues, even with a low end 512VPS.

Loyal customer since you came here. I recommended you to a few friends and always stated you were an excellent provider. But in the last two months you never offered compensation for frequent down services. The 25% discount for new services was a good start but I used it and now what no service.

I'm at a lost of words, I really liked you guys. :( Even offered to help you on your live chat for free just so I gained some more experience. :facepalm:
