Hello I bought one hosting account for one of my webs and everything looks great :) Can I buy another account with the same details (username , email...) for one of my other webs ? Thank you in advance .

Hi azazel696,

You can have the same email/password but you can not have the same username for the account, if you would like to change it please submit a me a support ticket and it will be dealt with asap :)

We had a few issues in the past 24 Hours of the load going to extreme
levels, these have all now all been sorted out and has been stable for the past 5 Hours,
there was also 5 minutes of downtime due to network problems which we had no control over.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If anyone is facing any issues pleases contact me via support ticket/PM here.
