THose posted by Tagay are the filehosts directly supported by Sborg, but you can also upload to filehosts not in the list via FTP.
You can also download from filehosts not in the list using a different format with the download link, if this is allowed by the filehost.
Something like this:
http://[B]username:password[/B]@filehost.com/filename.ext
Username and password would be the username and password you registered at the filehost you're downloading from. This doesn't work with all filehosts but a lot of them allow this...

well i tried the option transload from folder too
i used the options delete after upload, al smart extract,re rar the files

I've been on their Sborg also for 5 months now and I haven't had any really big problems with downtime. The last downtime wasn't anyone's fault, nor could it have been corrected by Ipowerz or any of the staff since it was a problem within the datacenter and at the same time, there was also a problem with one of the major carriers of the datacenter (Global Crossing), so it really could not have been helped.
Right now, it seems like everything's running fine already. In fact, it seems to be running faster than it did before. Here is a screenshot of a file transloaded just a few minutes ago. I don't think it's something you can call slow...
If you think that screenshot was faked (it's not, believe me), give me a URL of a reasonably sized file (around 500Mb maximum) and I'll transload it just to show you that the speeds are real.
I'm on an NL server, just in case you're curious...
