Simple. Demos always work because lack of traffic. On a live site, it will stop working after a certain traffic because of Google view limits.

the current solution is using download links. meaning, downloading the original file. if your file is not in mp4 format, its not going to work. secondly, another limitation is that there is a number of downloads allowed per 24 hours. this will reset at Pacific Time. :)
