What the heck. My files are being deleted and I have premium active. The files were also uploaded about 2 weeks ago.

REMOVED just one out of many.

I was about to buy premium but definitely need this sorted out before I do. Do videos uploaded before purchasing premium get deleted?

Some videos were upload about one week before I bought premium, but others were uploaded after I bought premium and were deleted as well. Either way, the files shouldn't have been deleled because none of them were old enough.

I shouldn't have overloaded servers, the video never started, I preferred to close it.

Can these types of things be avoided by being premium?

It would be unfortunate to pay and that these things happen, I think I already saw similar complaints from other users that if they bought premium.
 
My reuploaded files still getting this error. I don't know why is so hard to fix this... And if that error cannot be fixed, i'm just gonna deleted everything at the end. Hours wasted on reuploading, uploading, checking, rechecking.

I cannot do anything. Instead 2-3 dollars per day, i'm getting 0.50 cuz the bad service and inactivity files. Alot of visitors's comments are that they are leaving.

We wantedly did not deleted any files, nearly 5 of our file servers were suspended due to serious DMCA complaints in which we spoken with the DC and were able to restore the data of 3 server but data on 2 servers were lost. If user tries to re-upload the files again it will be linked to the same offline server due to then we had to delete the the files which were hosted on the suspended servers. Iam extremely sorry for the inconvenience we really tried our best to restore as much data as possible from the suspended servers. As per our stats nearly 2% of our total data was lost.

I really can't do anything for you :pray: iam extremely sorry for that, if you have paid anything for premium il refund you the amount.
Better please try other host, i hope this would be the best solution for you.

Should work now - REMOVED
Once your video starts receiving views it will be automatically moved to fastest available SSD, i have already explained before it your video receives some views it will be stored in cold storage.
