Either Local uploads https://onlystream.tv/advanced-upload and ftp uploads work fine to me.

Buffering time is horrible... Still @OnlyStream couldn't solve that problem...
My visitors are complaining every moment...

Streams constantly pause and stutter and downloading speeds off the site are around the 26kbps mark.

Good point.
Sudden increase in traffic does affect a server I guess but doggone it, a little guy like myself can lose a follower or two while these guys get right.
Mildly irritating that is.
