You say u are an uploader. Do you remoteupload from ul.to to other filehosts? This could be a reason too.

Yes I do sometimes that My Torrent didn't work good..I have no download from uploaded because I no need them I made it premiuim to sometimes help me when the my torrent account isn't work good or sometimes I had no choice to upload a file in a fastest way...So I appreciated from your answer

Maybe they need money to pay and this is why stats are frozen, or they have some other problems related to money , who knows,I also noticed that it is something wrong with stats more then ever lately.
