1- Dungeon Keeper 2 <<<< {Minions to raise and serve and fight for your dungeon heart }
2- Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight <<<< {Sci. Fiction Robotic Warfare}
3- Commandos 2: Men Of Courage <<<< {2D Army Men to infiltrate enemies - ww2 style -}

Command & Conquer: Generals, Zero Hour was the best game i had in my childhood, a 3 family members used to own it, and when i bought it we like, played it everyday, imo, its better than current strategy games.

Dota 2 simple and easy to understand. Quite nice to play while im bored

Probably Starcraft and Warcraft 3, those two are my very first strategy games ever. I've also heard of sid meier's civilization 6 and it quite piques my interest.
In the past there are another strategy game called Battle Realms and it was also pretty excellent.
