    The US Government's objections here are bunk. They base a lot of it on Quinn's recent victories on behalf of YouTube. I liked this quote from the Quinn Emanuel response:

    As I stated in a previous thread this has turned in to a witch hunt so to speak, the US Government knows that it dare not lose this battle after everything that has happened including their paperwork mistakes. So that begs the question of how the hell is this still going? If the order of due process was broken then they should have no legal leg to stand on and Kim Dotcom goes free along with his assets, servers etc etc.

    The US Government also knows that if they somehow lose this battle it will set a president for other cases of its kind and that is the sort of royal headache they want to avoid at all costs.
