No, it doesn't. This is a theme only, that can be used with any script/bot or simply a plugin.

Do contact me when/if you decide to buy, any customizations can be added if so desired.

and where find the code for replies on index page, I want to change to Views ?

You need to set the categories you wish to use from the Options page. As for changing the comments to views, edit content.php and replace: <?php echo comments_popup_link('0', '1', '%'); ?> with the views code.
