Uhh it shouldn't, unless there was a sudden burst of uploads, in which case it might take a few hours.

Yeah around at 4am GMT+2 all 15 convert servers are full and convert takes hours,if you click in the video it tells you its current position..if it is 1st its been converted.

Yea, some servers have several conversion slots, so positions 1-3 could mean they are being encoded right now.

Sorting by name added. Im not sure what you mean by exporting link to a file.
that mean user can select some files then export their links to a file.
for example If i have 1000 videos, i must copy 1000 times, waste time.
With link exporting, it make this easier
