hello
i never used paypal but i've been told that we need to pay monthly for account confirmation or something
is that true , & is there a country restrictions or any person from any country can open an account !
if i want to send is there any problems coz i heard of this limitation help plz because i nvr used it
only payza & webmoney
ps : i don't have a master card !!

These are the countries to which Paypal is available -
www (dot) paypal (dot) com /in/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide

There's no monthly fees for Paypal but you will be charged some % of fees in any transaction made with Paypal.

i want to use the account for receiving & sending money & i don't have a master card is that necessary or not the master card i mean ?
& also the % of fees u talked about is it in sending money or receiving & how much that % !

Master card is not necessary , you can verify your Paypal using your bank details too.
Fees is about 3.5% of a transaction roughly.
