New to payoneer

I'm about to signup for a payoneer account but I don't want the debit card I only want to use it to receive payment and withdraw to bank. Is it possible to apply without getting debit card? cause I don't want to pay the debit card fees when I won't be using it

Hello, not is possible, you need the credit card to active your account and bank. Fees is US$30/Year and US$1 to consult founds, and i think US$3.5 to withdraw the money.

i used the referral program on payoneer so when i withdraw my first 100$ i will receive bonus 25$ so i will have to pay just 5 more for the first year

You need accept the plastic card to activate your account. You can receive that debit card, activate the account and just don't use it.
