I would like to buy a new dedicated server with 100tb traffic or more

I need about 10gbps port but I don't use 10gbps all the time
cpu should be a quad core and ram 8gb
one ssd or 2 ssd as raid 0 for more speed

dmca ignored would be great but it's not a must have.
