Need help with DLE 9.8 CAPTCHA

Hi I have DLE 9.8 nulled installed. I'm havig CAPTCHA issues, NOT showing any CAPTCHA on my site. IS there any way to DISABLE CAPTCHA from CPANEL? DLE experts please comment here.
