Can you explain what you mean? How do you intend on encrypting a link? Are you looking for something similar to anonym.to where it just masks the referrer or do you want something more elaborate?

You could checkout Cryptbin (https://cryptbin.com) - they do encrypted pastes with clickable link support. I think it supports markdown and a couple other neat things, too.
