Megaupload really pays?

hi guys,
i was thinking if someone has ever payed by megaupload.
now its not my main filehost but in the past i used it for many years and my best "earning" was a premium account for a month. its possible that it doesn't count downloads? or it does it whenever he wants?

Only for files smaller than 100MB that come from a short list of countries.

and they don't even count those properly.
If you are uploading to MU for the purpose of earning money, it's not worth it. You will a lot more with almost any other filehost.
