    Apparently the police meant to be in custody of the record of the raid on Dotcom's home no longer have the footage of the raid. This could be problematic for the prosecution. Just like other procedural errors got the restraining order tossed, I wouldn't be surprised if we heard of more in the future that could lead to all kinds of unexpected results. While I've never thought the American government to be infallible, I'm a little taken aback by the DOJ's apparent failure to execute an arrest and mount a prosecution effectively.
