Dear on PPD1 speed is 120K you can choice PPD4
 
what is this constant "ERROR: Server don't allow uploads at the moment" message? pretty cool to see 70mb upload speed but if you have to repeat it 2times its not that good anymore...

I found the "Katfile unlimited download" on the internet.

There is a way to bypass the (2hrs) download limit by repeatedly registering a new account, downloading and logging out. And don't delete cookie, don't need to change ip.
Use the above method, and registered users can get much faster download speeds. (>120Kb/s).

I tested many times, I got the same as this person said.
