Hello dear all,
i have asked many peoples and on many forums about payoneer registration,
my seo person live outside usa and europe and have payoneer nonactive car.
but i want to pay him through payoneer Master Card.
let me know how is he able to active ?
because i am unable to load him payment through payoneer online.

If you're trying to pay your worker through our Card to Card service, please note that both of you need to be eligible for the service. Eligibility is given when both cardholders are actively receiving payments via partners/USPS. It is an additional service.

Another service is private loads, which allows you to pay your worker on his Payoneer card through a regular credit card. However, this is also an additional service available to active account holders.
