[Help] make movies site

i wanna make a movies website, and i have some questions
1. i just know videobb, videozer. so do you know more site like 2 these sites ? (no porn)
2. what site in these sites load fastest ?
3. what limit do free account in these sites will meet ? (of course, speed limit, time view limit, 70 or 72 minutes with videobb and videozer, so do you know more)
