Last time my client who is too much known to me requested and got paid after 1.5 - 2 months.
But as far as i know, It pays.

Their Response time is too bad though. My client got payments in a Week as well an year ago but the last time she worked with FF, She got payment after a 2 months of waiting. That was sad though.

Between this waiting, My client thought she might be scammed and could not work with FF. That was a Sad story BTW/

Payments and support tickets with FileFactory are slow... But they do respond eventually.... Even if it's with a response that you don't like / or doesn't make sense lol
And they also do pay - but very slowly.
