Added after 17 Hours 10 minutes:

My first impression using this RDP:

-I placed the order after talking with the guy responsible here
-Got the RDP in less than 10 minutes!
-Also, while i was at the website doing the order i got instantly contacted by theyr support saying they were preparing everything, not a ROBOT! A real person!
-Winrar compression/decompression could be a little better but it is incredible fast, as they monitor if someone is abusing RDP slots or not! That is hard to come by these days!
-Download/UPLOAD speed is awsome! As i said, they dont tolerate abuses, which is good
-Ticket Support or Forum wj support is also good

So, from 1 to 5 stars and i have used more than 10 RDPs in the past for sure, i give this..

Just a quick review of my experience with friendlyrdp.

I've used around 10+ RDPs from different providers since over past 4 yrs, and I've been with friendly RDP since just over a year now and i must say they have the best service of all, i have hardly faced any issue with the rdp and on rare times when i did they always get my issues resolved within a few hours which is awesome. also their RDP are very vell managed too, unlike a few others providers whose RDP were so slow on several occasions that i could barely do any work.

My worst experience at FriendlyRDP

Server slow support is very bad

Used to be great, but now the connection speed is too slow. I started using them during June of 2017, mainly using them for download/upload. I used to get a steady downloading speed of around 5MB/s (40Mb/s - on the lowest end shared server which is excellent for the price), but now it's not even 1MB/s. Upload speed also deteriorates. Just renewed with them but I think this is going to be my last month buying from them.

Edit: To clarify, I already tried downloading from many server (akamai, google, aws) but the download speed still slow. So definitely not an issue with the hosts.
