You have been hacked !! Giga-RDP has been hacked and the hacker is deleting stuff from the accounts and also deleting tickets that reported the hack.
Go change your important passwords and check your accounts.
Giga-RDP has been hacked completely !!

Conclusion: always backup Your precious data to an external server or your home computer.

PS: if an billing system is hacked it may not necessarilly mean the server or VPSs are at risk.
I would at least backup data and change login passwords.

On a shared RDP with other users, it's an insecure environment to start with. There shouldn't have been any security expectations in the first place.
 
Always keep backup and change password after getting details.
If your provider billing is hacked still they can't get your information using email logs etc.

if they are hacked, they can restore old backup , but if hacker get login information of your servers, they can misuse it.
so always be smart , don't depend on someone else, like your provider.
