Have you ever come upon something like this?

Well I was on a site with these annoying pop-ups one day, did the dumb survey, still nothing happend. Googled around for a way to get past it, didn't find much. So I decided to find my own way to bypass it. After a few moments I came up with this. Enjoy!
First off, we're going to need to look at the page source. (View -> Page Source)
Ok here's watch mine looks like:

Now what we're going to do it search "cpalead.com" in the page source for this annoying pop-up.

Once you've found it delete the whole line of text. Ex.:
Code:
<script src="http://www.cpalead.com/mygateway.php?pub=11296&amp;gateid=MTU3MA%3D%3D" type="text/javascript"></script>
Now copy and paste the whole Edited page source and copy it into a text editor.

Now save it as whatever.html and wala finished!

Say thanks if this was helpful (y)

Or you can edit your hosts files and set cpalead.com to load 127.0.0.1

File path to hosts file: %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

this is all WAY more complicated than it has to be, just use http://surveyblock.com and it does it all automatically for you, really easy and it's like $5/month, I've been using it for almost three months now and honestly $5/month to see every show/movie I want to on the Internet isn't that bad

rip off!!

"surveyblock" is such a RIP OFF SCAM! you can get the same service FOR FREE DOWNLOAD for firefox here
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13508

don't get scammed by surveyblock!! :)

have fun everyone :)

funny that "joesatriani" who is the creator of that plugin would say "surveyblock" (his competition) is a scam

haha anyway http://surveyblock.com has been good to me so I have nothing bad to say, plus I use Chrome not Firefox so a FF plugin is useless to me and surveyblock doesn't require any specific browser/operating system/etc (you can use Mac, Windows, Linux, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc., all work fine)
