Have a site that gets most of the traffic from USA? Then give this guys a try, Let's say you have a forum which gets 5-10k unique a day and most of it it's from USA, you might easily squeeze out 300-400$ monthly out of this guys. Have a forum that gets way more traffic? then you will earn BIG time from this guys, trust me

* You must have a site which do not only shares stuff but a site with an active member base where discussions happens, tutorials are good & a plus)

adsdaq.com also accepts warez site with good alexa rank and content (like tutorials etc)

adsdaq is the best in my opinion since you name your own CPM and advertisers bid for it. (so you can ask for 2$/per 1000 impressions and you will get 2$ per every 1000)

Tell me anyone which is good and katz allows too

eso like i said try for adsdaq.com if you get accepted then great, katz accepts them, make sure you set an ask price of 0.70+ for quality ads
