Have you tried CPXInteractive(CPM) or other affiliate programs?

don't waste your time with adnetworks like bidvertiser, adpremium, clicksor, yieldmanager ect....

they won't pay you more then $10/day while you can easily convert the same amount warez traffic into +200$/day.
