you can give a try to edomz.com.they are well knows network and i am using there pop up code in my blog and earning good. There support team is really exceptional.

if you want cpm ads then use cpm.biz but ad loads very slow !
adsense is even sucks these days
adbrite always sucked
clicksor is ok
swmotion is ok
you can try ok
