My blog down , i guess "only" for me . - WJunction

Ok , few days ago , host service had some problems , they fixed that , and after that i had problems getting my blog up and running . afrer all i changed my nameservers , and somehow it worked at the same moment (i can't belive they were updated in few minutes) , but who knows . after few hours i keep getting "Server not found" , when i check at "downforeveryoneorjustme" it says the site is up and running .
in mean while i have installed new system , and like a magic somehow it works again , but not for long . I went and check my blog on brothers laptop , which uses a different internet connection , and also can't access it from it !
I really don't have any idea , what is making this problem ?

Any ides ?

Mayb DNS propagation. Try flush ur DNS cache.

1) Flush your dns
-> Type this in cmd: ipconfig /flushdns

2) Contact your host provider.

forget to mention , i already done that , still the same .
host provider contacted , no answer from them that may help me or redirect me to solution !

Maybe your IP got automatically banned/blacklisted. You should wait from them.

i got answers from them but none of them helped me . i contacted them again to see if they can help me now .
