that's physicaly impossible!
because to be tight laces have to be pulled in opposite directions which is impossible with leg motion like that.

Cut small hole in pocket of trousers, send by shoe, make sure shoe lace is already tied, wear big pants covering real shoe lace, pull the shoe lace, and go bazurk and pull lace really fast, and show already tied lace.
